Jan is an award-winning filmmaker, record-setting comic book writer, 3X martial arts world champion, rapper and entrepreneur. He founded the transmedia production company Creative Impulse Entertainment in 2003 while studying at NYU Tisch film school. Jan's life's work is focused on the PURPOSE OF STORY - the primordial function of story in culture as a tool to uplift society person by person. Jan uses story to help people embody the characteristics of their ideal selves, with ReelwUrld™ as the bridge to empower the audience as contributors to the film, TV, and commercial production process.
